Took me a couple times to really appreciate this!

I admit, it's a tough movie for me to get into but I did like it. Loved the creepy count, and felt sorry for him too. And Lucy(Adjani) was wonderful!

In the end the vampire didn't vanish in the sun. Lacks the beauty of the original masterpiece.

That is my beef with this movie, which is why I can never be interested.

that's a pretty silly reason to throw away a whole movie,but to each their own.

I think thats a great reason not to be interested in this movie. If a vampire cannot vanish in the sunlight, you just can't appreciate it
