People who complain about Jaws
I understand why people despise this movie so much, but remember: Jaws turned out to be a beloved character by CHILDREN (yeah, go figure) after Spy who Loved Me, so they made him into a comedic assassin who always fail and to crown that, they gave him a girlfriend.
As much as I respect general opinion, I can't get mad, after all Jaws' example it's just a small fragment of what Moore's era is all about: a funny and charming James Bond. Roger Moore was always open about this, he always said he tried to make Bond as funny and beloved by kids as possible (as you can see below).
My personality is entirely different than previous Bonds. I'm not that cold-blooded killer type. Which is why I play it mostly for laughs./
So, to hate the funny and good hearted Jaws is to hate Roger Moore's era. As for me, I dig it. I just love that we have so much types of Bond.
There are only 2 things that can never be restored: The past and Christian Slater's career. share
