Another reason to hate this film. . .

(as if we needed another one). . .

I see this film as the spiritual father to others of similar pretentious emptiness such as, "The Big Chill," and, "Grand Canyon" that sullied the big screen in the 80's. Destroyed a whole generation of their taste and cinematic acumen.
