This has got to be one of my Top 10 guilty pleasures. I wanted to post a message to anyone who loves this movie like I (and my sister for that matter)do. I have to say that it's a must see for any Beatles fan and you can't help but get caught up in the action. The movie is so high energy! You almost feel like you're there with these kids. :D
I was 10 years old in 1978, I wasn't around for the 60s or Beatlemania, but, damn, as a kid I could kind of feel for the characters, because they're young and similar to my age, therefore, I could relate. But, damn, I don't remembere seeing this at the movies. I remember seeing this with all of my cousins in 1980 on ABC or CBS, here in San Francisco. A lot of fun being with my family
What you see is not necessarily what you get, Not trying is dying, keep trying unto death....
Someone amazing posted it on Youtube. Even though the beginnin was deleted, almost the whole movie is there and I LOVED IT!!!!! It was hysterical and I'm still laughin.... mostly thanks to Rosie. It's sad to read that Wendy Jo passed away, she was amazing.
