My little brother and I were introduced to Ms. Gordon, Clint Eastwood, orangatans, biker gangs, street boxers, Beverly D'Angelo and a whole world of other astounding things when, one night, we were flipping channels, found "Showtime" (new cable service!!) caught the movie half-way through, saw an old lady washing dishes get interrupted by cops at her door, and we heard the immortal words, "I'm comin...AAAAHM comin', godDAMmit..." I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my entire life

Nilbog! It's goblin spelled backwards! This is their kingdom!

She's the funniest character in the two movies. She makes old ladies swearing cool.

"Well, what are you gonna do with the ape?!"

She was awesome.

I lost a rib and swallowed my whole tongue from laughing so hard, after she pulled out that rifle and went Annie Oakley on the biker gang..

I'm not a laugh out loud person. A quick and quiet chuckle is more my style even when something is knee slapping hilarious. But the first time I saw that scene (and every time since then), I howled, cried, and nearly fell out of my chair. Go Ma! Poor, defenseless, vulnerable ole lady my ***!

reply

That might well have been the funniest scene in the movie.
