What became of the little old lady in "The Baby"?

In the episode where the Carlson's baby girl is born, Johnny gets into a conversation with a sweet old lady, where they're comparing notes on what they think the afterlife will be like. After a while they each fall asleep. Then Venus comes to get Johnny, and I don't recall seeing the old lady as they leave the room.

I had been expecting that either they'd discover she had died, or else she'd wake up and say goodbye to Johnny. Did I miss something?
