What did the bat do when it flew into the corner?

A character is attacked by a little, fat (motorized) bat. The attack goes on for what seems like minutes. All the while, its victim waves arms and screams with little conviction while standing in one spot. Finally, the bat flies off into the corner and apparently tries to flush the toilet. I'm not really sure what the little bugger was doing.
