I have to go with Stayin' Alive, because out of all the songs in the movie that song has continued to remain the most popular, and to this day is enjoyed by millions of people, even ones who weren't old enough to have seen the movie upon its initial release.
Stayin' Alive, while produced and released in 77/78, is considered THE club anthem song of all time. The song has great hooks, great instrumentation, production value, and it just works. Plus the song itself is a timeless piece of music because the theme of the song... resonates to every day life in the big city... especially New York.
My other favorites are:
You Should Be Dancing
Boogie Shoes
If I Can't Have You
The Yvonne Ellman version is much better than the Bee Gees original version of the song, which appears on their greatest hits album.
Plus let us not forget the Brothers Gibb are the only song writers to hold the title of artists with the most consecutive #1 hits in a single year... standing at 4

More Than A Woman (with that fabulous dance number).
I also like that song they play every time they drive over the Verrazano bridge.

Night Fever.
Heck, I choke up whenever I hear it.
As for More Than A Woman, it was totally brilliant to use 2 versions of the song in the movie. Sometimes a movie will use a song with vocals, and then use an instrumental version later on, but having 2 main line groups do the same song was probably a first. As for which version I like best, in my car, just driving around, Tavares, but while watching the movie, Bee Gees, no doubt about it.
Yes, the Tavares' is superior (although I still like BeeGees').
But, I can't think of what is my favorite.
It might be between that and "If I Can't Have You"! I stop when I hear that song (on radio or my CD).
"K-Jee" (the instrumental the latin couple dance to during the dance contest) has always been my favorite piece of music in the movie. That song fits the scene perfectly. But song-wise I'd have to say "Night Fever".
