Simon Peter vs Simon

I saw this film recently only, last year I think and watched it twice within 2 days, lol! This is my favorite Jesus film, Powell was fantastic as well as the music, and Ian Mcshane as Judas.

Anyway, I decided to rewatch it again today and noticed a goof. Andrew introduces Simon as Simon Peter when Peter was a name given by Jesus later so he should've been known as Simon only.
