why did eva leave bruno all of a sudden?

the previous day she told him, that theyre still together eventhough they sleep in different rooms, n that she needs some time alone, then the next day she leaves with two men like a slut! why was she so mean to him when he came, why didnt she atleast say goodbye, through out the film she is not shown as a bad person so why this sudden change in the end. n why does eva like to be treated as a slut? she could have left with one decent man or sumthing, but she left with two brutes sharing her and *beep* her anytime they want. i really didnt get the sudden change in evas character... i knw brunos constant drunken rambiling might have annoyed her, but not to the extent of leaving him without notice n even screaming at him when he finds her like theres nuthing between them. it was worst than rape what she did to him, it really affected me.. pls could someone explain to me the whole situation better..

Old thread, however as I see it:

Eva uses Bruno, as he is weaker than her. It' s like a chain, she is used by her pimp, and she uses Bruno.

She uses him to move away from Berlin, as she is too scared to make that step by herself, and maybe she has good intentions at the beginning towards him, that she is going to stick with bruno in the US, and they are going to have a nice life together. She obviously do not love him, but appreciate his gentle heart and might be that at the beginning she is planning to take care of him in the US. However once they move there she quickly adapts, learns English, get a job, start to meet people. Bruno instead is completely out of his environment and is more and more detached from everything and everybody, apart, maybe, from his old neighbour that is feeling a bit like him. He starts also to drink heavily and gets deeply depressed.
I think at this point Eva realizes that he is becoming a dead weight on her, that he is dragging her down, and resolves to leave and try her luck by herself...
