If the bad guys (spoilers)

did not hunt down Bebe after he escaped they probably would have gotten away with their plan. What is he going to do: go to the police and tell them that some a nazis in NYC and going to a bank to pick up diamonds? I guess Janeway would have to worry that he could be identified, but he is part of some unnamed governmental agency that Bebe probably could not have tracked down. They shouldn't have Janeway expose himself to Bebe.

The torture scene is much less traumatic than I was expecting.
