That was an excellent chase.....Was it filmed in Montreal, Toronto or Ottawa?

Most of the chase was filmed in the south west area of Montreal.

The ridiculous/excellent car chase and the fight scene with the crossdressers - the only reason to watch this horribly written Dirty Harry rip-off. But that's reason enough for me!
