Xenophobic?

Is this movie in any way Xenophobic? Because I'm not sure If I want to say it if I am wrong. I watched it today for the first time and I do like The Who. But now after I watched it, I found it to be very Xenophobic against Mentally Challenged People. No, I am not trolling I am being serious. Tommy is absolutely Xenophobic against everyone once he gets his senses back and the people are Xenophobic to him and kill his parents. This left me feeling disgusted and dirty. Does anyone else feel like this? Or is it just myself?

I don't know about that, but it sure made me feel xenophobic towards Mr. Russell who must surely have some sort of mental retardation to screw up a film adaptation this bad.

I am not sure you mean xenophobic. That word does not mean what you think it means.

Russell had a fear of xenomorphs, evidently.
