I thought it was the other way around. Magenta gives her the stink eye for making a scene by doing her tap dance solo and then the look Magenta gives her makes her get back in line and behave herself. Same way Frank gives Eddie the stink eye when Rocky starts grooving to Eddie's song and Frank goes after him with an axe.

To me it looked like Magenta was rather annoyed that Columbia fell (that made her look a bit sloppy and embarrassed them in front of the many guests), and Columbia responded by saying it wasn't on purpose.

I was too taken with Columbia's cuteness to notice.
