Doubtful. She was a lot more concerned about getting her payments from "taking care" of Delly. While the annual income of $30,000 seems small, in today's dollars it is worth around $135,000. Besides, what would her part in the scheme be? All she knew was that her daughter disappeared. Only her ex Tom and the others knew where she had wound up.
I do wonder if Quentin was involved. While he worked on the planes and cars of the people involved in the conspiracy, I doubt it. I think he served mainly as misdirection in the early part of the film.
