Same here. It was profoundly disturbing. Going by the date it was made, I must have been sixteen when I saw it, but my emotional reaction led me to believe the movie was older than it is. It hit me like a ton of bricks.

Same here. I was 10 when the movie came out, very impressionable age.

For some reason that scene came back to haunt me as it has over the years and I came here to see what others had to say about it.
