DVD? where and when i can buy the DVD of this movie?

There are several versions on DVD (including a "remastered" version released this year which is just junk). All are missing a big chunk of the movie. Doesn't anyone have the complete movie anywhere?? I'd like to get it on DVD as well.

It’s on Amazon Prime now. 92 minutes. Not sure if that’s cut.
