Watched the movie again today. I thought about how they have done remakes of old movies and how bad a remake of Death Wish would be because of political correctness. Most of the pivotal scenes and dialog would be cut, and most likely they'd portray Paul as more of a bad guy rather than a hero. They'd probably release the film as PG-13 too.

As with most on here I'm not usually impressed with re-makes
This has been re-made recently with Bruce willis in the Bronson role, I have NOT seen it so will not comment on it
The ONLY remake that was as good or better than the original was Tom Sellecks version of Monte Walsh
