Is the US VHS (Embassy I think) the uncut version??

The US Embassy VHS claims to run 96 minutes... but IMDB claims the film runs 112 minutes... but I've seen mistakes before in regards to both VHS and DVD box art and people posting on IMDB...

... so is the Uncut version really 112 minutes??

... and does the Embassy VHS only run 96 minutes??

My dvd is the Anchor Bay release and is the 112 minute version. The back of the box does claim that this version is indeed uncut.
