When Han accused Williams of attacking his guards, what would have happened if Williams had told Han who attacked the guards? Would Han still have attacked Williams? Would he ask Williams to join them, and if he did, would Williams join Han?

Nah, I think he would have asked Williams to join them. Just guessing but I think his response would have been the same as Roeper's initial response-- a polite no, with the understanding that he wouldn't snitch.

Bruce Lee on the other hand came to shut that shit down. Hand2hand style.
