Do you think she is a paedophile, or just a bored and self-satisfied upper class gal?
There ARE female pedophiles, but I think this particular character is just a malicious tease. Also, pedophiles are interested in CHILDREN, not adolescents.
Things that are wrong are obviously not all equally wrong. Molesting a child is a despicable act, but an adult male having sex with a teenage girl, while clearly wrong, is not as bad because many teenage girls are sexually active anyway and are going to be having sex with SOMEONE. As an illustrative comparison, responsible adults shouldn't have bought me liquor when I was an underage teen, but that simply isn't the same thing as going up to a small child, shoving a liquor bottle in his or her mouth, and forcing him/her to drink it.
It's also a bit of a "double standard", but as a former 14-year-old boy, I don't think adult women seducing male teenagers really does much damage at all (especially if they look like Barbara Bouchet). Women like that have no business being middle-school teachers maybe, but they hardly belong on the same level of hell as disgusting pedophiles.

Of course women can be Pedophiles, it's just that people let women get away with things no man could ever get away with because of outdated thinking like that.
