Which would win in a throwdown?

I put my money on the Lepus rabbits. They have the advantage of size and numbers. Python's Killer Rabbit would quickly be overwhelmed.

Never! The "Pythons" would have the advantage of speed. They would move in and out, bite right and left, and before you knew it the "Lepi" would be yesterday's news (lunch, if you want to get technical).
