I'm playing a bunch of wack-o sleazy, gore romps for my friends that are visiting next week. I picked this flick up because it sounded like just what we were looking for. But which version? We're going to prefer the one with the most gruesome bits... any help?
sharethat's tough because the US version actually has 2 extra murder scenes, but the kill scenes carried over from the international version are trimmed a bit, so it's a bit of a give and take on the gore/violence,
overall weirdness goes to the international version,
but i think tightening the running time really helped make the US version a more coherent and enjoyable movie
I have the Blue Underground DVD with both versions I’ve only watched the international one thus far. I’ve read that the American one contains some back story with Vietnam flashbacks from our main character and a couple of extra kills.
