Dubbed in Valerie Leon's voice in this film. It is definitely not her own voice which is very distinctive as anyone who saw her on TV during the seventies will know.
She rarely did her own dialogue, often being dubbed by June Whitfield, (Carry on Again Doctor and Can You Keep It Up for a Week? being notable exceptions, which if you have seen them reveals why, she looked gorgeous and could do great physical acting but could not do convincing dialogue to save her life, she could carry off a breathy seductress or a secretary but little else. Often she was just told to remain silent on screen as in the Hai Karate commercials and The Revenge of the Pink Panther.)
Her vocal performer in BFTMT is very familiar, especially in the voice overs, but I cannot quite place it.
Any help appreciated.

An actress called Olive Gregg dubbed Valerie Leon's voice in this film. Ms Gregg was also used by Hammer to dub Ingrid Pitt's voice in 'Countess Dracula.'

I wonder how bad can her voice be? It would have made for an interesting special feature on the blu-ray (of any of her movies where she's dubbed) to hear the original on set audio for comparison.
