100's of copies in Woolworths UK for £1 each

Worth £1 for the comedy value that Hercules in New York has.

I think everyone should buy ten copies each and send it to number 1 in the dvd charts. It would only cost us all a tenner each!

I was sat at home when my missus phoned from the shops and asked me if i wanted anything. I said just a paper please babe.
She then told me she had bought me a present.

What could it be? A DVD recorder? MP3 player? Maybe even my favourite cadburys mini rolls?

I didnt know whether to laugh or cry when she produced from a Woolies bag;
Hercules in New York with a £1 sticker on.

So I made her watch it with me. After the scene with the "killer bear" she made me turn it off....

This has to be one of the greatest movies ever created. It's so bad its incredible.

It was only a pound so i thought why not. I am so happy with my purchase :)

The DVD cover made me laugh,it shows Arnie looking like The Terminator with an explosion over New York.Some poor sod might buy it unaware what it actually is.

Haha. Who'd have thought that when we started this thread we could have bought Woolworths for a £1 three years later!

And if, you know, your history...it's enough to make your heart go whoooooahh

Damn it - 17 years too late!

And Woolworths doesn't even exist anymore... Thanks anyway I guess 👍
