Post Killing Concert

I heard that after the killing of Merideth Hunter, the Stones performed on an incredible level, as if the bad aura surrounding the concert had been excorcised. Since the concert in the movie basically cuts off after the killing, I assume there is footage from the later parts of the show. Has anyone ever seen this footage or know if it will ever be released? Alternatively, are there bootlegs of the concert floating around?
