Translation of the French dialogue?

I know this is quite a lot to ask for, but I don't suppose anybody out there has translated, or could translate, the French dialogue in this movie?

There seems to be a lot of people on the boards needing closure, and im fairly certain it can be had from all the unsubtitled French dialogue in this film. The little bits I picked up along the way certainly helped me understand the film more, but I guess the whole point of not translating it in the film is just to add to the atmosphere of confusion and isolation.

I will say this. The couple that lived in the house that were not so friendly was trying to tell her that the police man was not very good person and was trying to warn her to stay away from him. She even spoke a word in Frenchlish Tres trouble, he was a lot of trouble.

See I thought it was odd that she could not speak a word of French because a lot of educated British people can speak french. I believe she was a nurse. But if she could of spoke the language she would of known the cop was bad news. No suspenseful end then. I think the people who made the movie intentionally kept the sub titles out because if they did it would of giving away a lot of what was to come.

I don't think that revealing the gendarme was bad news spoiled the suspense. There were lots of reasons to suspect all the characters, and we weren't certain till the end.

I think if anybody else said the cop was bad it would be a give away but those two looked so unsavory that they just might be twp people who just don't like cops and have had dealings with them before. But me if it was me traveling alone in France I would not dismiss their words.

The cop had also placed Lassal under suspicion for the murder of the Dutch girl and held him for a few days. That must’ve ruined his reputation and caused him endless grief. So that would make sense that he disliked him.

I thought it would be the British lady who gave Jane a ride.

since paul says he is also working with investigative agency.you never know what jane could have interpretated with what that lady was saying to about the police.she might have understood that the lady is referring to paul thats why she was wary of paul.........and btw.....the remake is also good

I too thought the older woman looked like she was hit in the head when they were unloading the bike; however, she recovered nicely and didn't miss a beat :)
