If you're talking about the shower scene in "Dressed To Kill," that's an obvious body double (some Penthouse Pet, I believe). Definite Angie nudity -- "Big Bad Mama."

When I was in the Air Force, I saw 'Sam Whiskey' at the base theater. The projectionist there had the habit of readjusting the framing of the 70 mm film in the projector, so that the tops of the heads of the actors would be cut off leaving room at the bottom of the frame to see the 'attributes' of any actresses who happened to be bare-chested while filming the scene. This was the case with Angie Dickinson in 'Sam Whiskey' in the scene with Burt under the tree. It was not meant to be, but that's how YOU saw Angie bare-chested; your projectionist, like mine, was doing 'tricks', bless 'em.
With proper framing, Angie would not be shown as fully bare-chested. Sorry to dash your hopes about finding a tape or DVD of 'Sam Whiskey' that way.......it won't happen.

Definitely saw the topless scene in a BBC screening in the UK in the mi-seventies - you just don't forget things like that! The DVD is cropped.

There is no outright "nudity" in any version of this movie. Angie has a scene where she sits up suddenly toward the camera, and her nightgown is open in the front. She shows a lot of "boob flesh" but the "nips" and everything else stays covered, other than what horny guys' imaginations have filled in.

Nothing to see here. Again, "Big Bad Mama" is the ONLY example of extended Angie skin (there are other "flashes" in other movies, but very short), so shop BBM for all your Angie skin needs.

By the way, Angie is five years older than Burt - and it shows in this movie.

And one of the reviewers made this extraordinary statement: "Anne Margaret (sic) is gorgeous, and it's easy to see how she tempted Reynolds character to do her bidding!!"

Fancy anyone confusing Angie with Ann-Margaret...

It would be easy to confuse the two since Ann-Margret played the same role in John Wayne's "The Train Robbers," which came out four years later and stole the plot of "Sam Whiskey" minus the caper in the third act.
