Let Me Get This Striaght.

A reporter (Rigg) learns of this organization & does something extremely dubious & morally questionable to get rid of it. By putting a contract out on it’s main head (Reed) so that his own people will come after him & hopefully kill him. Her boss fronts the money but he’s the Vice President of this organization so he wants the top guy killed so he ascend to the top of the ladder but ace reporter she is, she does not know this.

Ok but yet she meets him (Reed) & hangs around with him throughout the movie fending off the killers that SHE sent to kill him. Uhhhh….yeah ok. Then at the end she marries him. Yeahhhh……ok pt 2. No one here questions this? What’s the takeaway from all of thi?. “That’s women for ya”?
