Mike Henry Stunt Double?

The scene where Tarzan jumps into the lagoon he does an impressive front flip somersault into the water, but the face is barely visible. Mike Henry was in great shape, but he didn't seem all that acrobatic - and he was apparently sick onset most of the time. The film credits don't list any stunt doubles though. Anyone else notice this?
