Fox Movie Channel has it on its lineup.

I watched it sometime back, but I think it must have been late at night or when I was very tired since I don't recall much about it. Of course, it might come back to me as I'm watching it again, as I am now.

With the title song, animated opening, initial setting and Vladek Sheybal, it feels so much like a James Bond film~till they get to his real, non-espionage skill.

So, if you have FMC, watch for it, as this channel rotates films a lot, sometimes airing one several times in a week.
