How would HAL rate this film?

If HAL were to view the film '2001: A Space Odyssey', how would he rate it? How many stars(🌟) would he give it (let's assume IMDB system of 10 max)? If he wrote a review of it, what kind of things would he say?

He would consult with, perhaps even defer towards, Norman Bates and his rating of Hitchcock's Psycho, and then, as Norman at the end, now become
(M)Other, 'reviewing' it all ... ("They'll see! They'll see! They'll know! They'll know!"

I suppose if Brian De Palma were to make a garish-baroque "Trump: The Movie", he might include in the movie the schizoid Trump giving a 'review' of the film, like Tony Montana (Al Pacino) returning from the dead to review "Scarface" ("So I'm de bad guy! Is that it, den? No fa**** way! Say 'allo to my liddle fren!").

Maybe we'll bring back Col. Kurtz to rate and review "Apocalypse Now", relive his own "the horrors!" and imagine what he might have to say? He can be an 'errand boy' come back to pick up his own Bill ...

Hal is retired. He put his time in serving the man and now he's living a comfortable millionaire's life, occasionally showing up and doing robot voice at the end of popular songs here and there.

HAL wants to appear in 2061: Odyssey Three and get another paycheck, so he will only say nice things about this movie and 2010: The Year We Make Contact.

He would logically conclude that it is the greatest film of all time.
