I miss all the wonderful actors and actresses from my favorite soaps!

Erika Skezak, Debi Morgan, Darnell Williams, Robin Strasser and the list goes on and on. I'm upset that I don't have the opportunity to see them perform anymore. I feel for the ones who aren't finding work like they use to; that they don't have as many vehicles in daytime drama anymore. Sure, some of my favorites are lucky enough to have found work on the four remaining soaps left, but many of them just aren't working. I wish someone would create a medium for which these talented actors could use.
What about you guys? Which actors do you miss seeing on a regular basis?

I miss Tad and Dixie and of course Erica. On OLTL I definitely miss Viki and Dorian. It's sad that the shows ended and

I wasn't overly thrilled about them when they were re-vamped, but it was SO good to see them again. I am still being cautiously optimistic about someone bringing them back but, it doesn't seem too likely.

Oh yea.....can't forget David Hayward, our world-renowned cardiologist.

I watched OLTL since its inception in 1968 and AMC since 1972. In a very real sense I grew up with both the Agnes Nixon shows. So I can honestly say that I miss each and every one of the characters that she created. My favorites on OLTL were Vicki, Dorian, Clint, Bo, Rex, David, Tina, and of course the "two Todds." On AMC I loved Tad, Erica, Jackson, Kendall, Bianca, Jesse, Angie, Zach, Stuart, Brooke and Dixie as well as gone-but-not-forgotten Trevor, Natalie, Leo and Jenny. What a sad thing that some of the actors are now out of work because the soap industry, at least in America, is barely on life support. If U.S. networks would only invest in soaps again---as they used to do 40, 30, even 20 years ago---there might be new, fresh, innovative and high-quality daytime shows back on the air. But no. Nowadays it's all about $$$$ and how to produce the cheapest possible cr*p, aimed at an audience for which the Bigwigs apparently have little or no respect.

I totally agree! Nothing against the people on the chew, but that is total tripe! Watching a cooking show every day of the week gets a bit old. I watch less and less TV every year.
