And it was really "stunt casting" to use Ronny in that role: His character, a "boy genius" who developed a chemical substance which, when fed to animals or people, caused them to grow to gigantic proportions, in so doing did exactly the same thing as he did in Bert I. Gordon's Village of the Giants, where his character was called simply "Genius", as in this episode's title!
