I was pleasantly surprised to see the fabulous Patricia Routledge in TSWL!! I've seen this movie many times, but I guess I never watched it since becoming a fan of hers. I love, love Keeping Up Appearances, and she is a first-rate actor. I was great to see her here, too!

Right, Don't Raise the Bridge (Lower the River). One of the local TV stations had a Jerry Lewis marathon and they're showing this one. I recognize the voice of one of the young British ladies talking to Jerry, and then I realize, OMG it's Mrs Bucket!!!

Patricia was much younger, slimmer and stylish in To Sir With Love.

I felt exactly the same. Wouldn't have known that was her until the credits.
