The funniest music cue in cinema

There's a scene where Jason Robards is drunk and getting off a bus. The composer seemed to think that music was needed to make him look more of a loser than he was. Thus this hilarious jazz harpsichord starts playing to the sight of Robards throwing away his newspaper and limping down the street, smacking his leg with his cane. You really have to see it to appreciate how funny it is.

There is no "off" position on the genius switch.

I loved how they did the music for the opening credits, too.

You're right, it was a good concept however the music cues were out of sync with the actor conducting. He hits the downbeat but the orchestra doesn't come in till a beat later. Almost every time they cut back to him, he's conducting something different than the music playing.
