The underground scenes of Project Tic Toc appear similar to Forbidden Planet power complex.

I always wanted to see more of the Tic Toc Installation.

Obviously, budget was the reason.

Irwin definitely saw FORBIDDEN PLANET and THIS ISLAND EARTH.

Another movie Irwin Allen & his special effects peiple might have seen was The Mysterians (1957) with their underground base.
