I wouldn't agree. It's got some great themes in it. Much of it is very similar to Those Magnificent Men and Their Flying Machines. Same composer, Ron Goodwin. Alos wrote The Battle of Britain along with Sir William Walton. There is one bit of music which seems quite out of place in context toward the end, but my guess is that that was a choice in editing and they ran out of time and money. Actually I love a lot of this score. The opening music for the V1 is terrifically scored.
