The movie itself is good but I just - LOVE - teenage Hank Williams Jr's versions of his dad's songs. Actually, Hank Jr's debut album, titled HANK WILLIAMS JR SINGS THE SONGS OF HANK WILLIAMS, is much better than this soundtrack. For those of you who enjoyed this soundtrack Hank Jr's debut album (only available on vinyl via Ebay) is very worth tracking down.

I generally agree with you, but Hank Jr.s rendition of his dad's "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" in this film is one of the best covers I've ever heard of a Hank Williams Sr. song.
