Why isn't My Fair Lady available for purchase online?

Ownership rights obviously, but surely there's a story why this gem can't be purchased online where every other major hit can. Anyone know a timeline to the contrary?

What? It's been on blu-ray since 2011, and DVD since way before that.
Are you sure you aren't thinking of some other movie? Or are you located outside the US and it isn't available in your particular region?

It finally is!!

Just purchased in on my Amazon Prime account. Not cheap, $16.99. It is also available for rental.
