1. Gilligan and Skipper's hut
2. The Howells' hut
3. The girls' hut
4. The Professor's hut
5. The supply hut???

Okay, I was wondering about that. Some episodes implied that and others made it look like he had a lab area in his hut.

The hut that mysteriously appeared full of feathers that Gilligan was collecting for Mr. Howell and the NASA lunar module landed in front of it.

No, I think five huts. I never got the impression the Professor slept in the supply hut. It didn't look like one. He had a bed, a chest, a couple of tables and chairs and that's it. No boxes, sacks or supplies to be seen.
