I was just thinking the same thing! That happens quite a bit, though. You can see several tv episodes that were clearly "inspired" by popular movies.

I was about to post that too. And its a heck of a lot more than "inspired by" ,there are entire sections of dialog stolen from the movie.
I've never seen more blatant plagiarism.

As of now the TV episode is available on YouTube. I was happy to be able to watch a great film I'd otherwise have missed.
