How Corman made two movies on one set

He finished making The Raven early and the sets weren't to be torn down til the next Monday so since he had two days in which to make use of the sets before then he made a second movie using many of the same actors. The name of that movie is The Terror. And that's why that particular movie is so hard to make sense of.

Clever;

actually liked the Terror for a number of reasons but the tale may seem befuddled on account of the hasty schedule.

'The Terror' has a terrific atmosphere. With such makeshift planning and an extremely short shooting period, it was never going to be a classic like 'The Raven.'

Amazingly for it's quality, 'The Raven' was shot in only 15 days. I think that the quality of the cast, who would have worked well under pressure, makes this less of a problem than for other films with a similar short shooting period.

I keep hearing people say this, but I found the plot easy to follow and even had it figured out by the halfway point. I'm not talking about the dubious curveball thrown-in at the end, which I thought was unnecessarily added.
