Likeable little comedy

Slightly grumpy Traction Engine enthusiast and aircraft designer gets entangled with perky daughter of rich American looking to buy new aeroplanes. The result is never in doubt but it's a bright, and brightly filmed, rom-com with likeable leads, a recognisable support cast, plus lots of footage of a Victor bomber and Traction Engines - could it be more British?
