A Snob from the Mainline screws up her little Boy

For those unaware of the location shoot, this takes place in the very upscale area west of Philadelphia along the old Pennsylvania Railroad called " The Mainline". The train station used is the Wynnewood station which is today served by SEPTA. Just about all of the kids in the school with the exception of the Hispanic boy come from very wealthy families that live in those upscale towns on the Mainline. I really sorry for David because his mother really did a number on him and also his Dad, as it is painfully obvious in spite of the his wealth, his wife has both of his testicles in her hands at all times. And also Dr. Swinford knows it and was happy in the end just to get David back and out of that Dysfunctional mansion.
