Are Nuremberg trials racist?

Why then, according to what we often hear and possibly also very much in fact, do they not have a problem with prosecuting those guilty of war crimes of skin colour but for white leaders of European countries it is often a struggle?

Even in pure theory, does that not seem hugely unfair and aren't leaders of such trials afraid of being branded "racist" and have their reputation thoroughly tarnished and trashed?
