Girl/Women: Which character in this movie would you have wanted a hot date with when this movie came out?? Personally, I think Fritz was hot.

I loved him in the book and the film. I know Fritz is meant to be a heart-throb but I found him a bully and a little annoying. I can see that he's pretty hot- but I prefer Ernest.
Ernest! He was so adorable in the movie and I prefer brains over 'the hunk' anyday.

shareBeing a guy I guess my opinion on the guys doesn't matter that much but I found Fritz to be a complete douche bag jerk...I would have kicked his ass. Ernst was a friendly guy I could hang out with.
As for the girl...well I don't know there was something kind of sexy about her when you first meet her pretending to be a boy...kinda odd but sexy...
When she comes out as a girl though...she is just a girl with really short hair...bleh... I prefer girls with long hair most of the time...though I must admit there is something strangely sexy about a girl with short hair wearing male clothing sometimes...kinda weird but there it is...not in this particular case, however...I didn't really care for the girl.

Well, I'd have to go for Ernst. Although to be fair, all 3 of the Robinson men were rather good-looking and I didn't severely dislike any of them--they all had their moments for approval and disapproval. On the whole, though, yeah...I'd take Ernst.
As a bi guy, I'll give you two contrasting positions...
Ernst was cuter, but Fritz was more masculine... and more... well, hot. However, Fritz would've been a selfish one-nighter while Ernst would've been an ongoing thing and a fun friend.
Mother Robinson was very sensual and there were several subtleties in her showing her physical side of her love for her husband as well as a lot of natural open affection between them. Roberta was kinda cute, but I agree with the guy who says he prefers longer hair - when I'm with a girl, I want her to be a GIRL, not a guy... and vice-versa... well, except for she-males... lol. You'd know... after all that time living with the Robinsons, awaiting her grandfather's return, you'd think her hair would've grown back out more... lol.

He may not be as strong as Ernst, but he's strong enough AND smart to boot! And Tommy Kirk was a cutie patootie!
I would date Fritz. He's definitely the most physically attractive. Also, he's realistic, resourceful, and it's easy to picture him as a father because of how kind and affectionate he is with Francis. Ernst is kind of a bully to Francis and it's off-putting, not to mention, he's a bit of a whiny know-it-all.
