I like pretty much any scene with Mrs. Tarbell in it. I think she's hilarious:
--the train arrival scene scene: ("you're a very fortunate little girl"; her fuss when she sees Dr. Chilton "WAIT until Polly Harrington hears about THIS!")
--her squinting eyes blasting wide open eyes in church
--the town meeting - how her voice stands out over everyone else's - "We ALWAYS observe REG-ular pro-CED-ures!", "all standing up, trying to get the floor"
But I think my favorite scene of all (despite the simple fact that it's Mrs. Tarbell) is at the beginning of the bazaar when the Tarbell's arrive:
Mrs Tarbell - "I'm NOT going to budge!"
Ms. Tarbell - ... "Get down out of that car Amelia, I'm warning you...now MOVE!"
[and Mrs. Tarbell's eyes shoot wide open...just like in church]
Makes me laugh everytime!
OH...I also love the part after Pollyanna leaves from the "coffin handles" scene, when Mrs. Snow starts the quilt. I love the 2nd glance from Milly and Mrs. Snow's snobby "whaaaaat!?" look back.

I love it when the preacher abruptly says "Amen" after his sermon. It makes me laugh every time! : D
