Terrific

Well done series;

...kinda different and the 2 main characters had some serious elan.

There was a wonderful score and Jock was indeed the Man !

I don't remember it much, I was very young at the time, but I do remember it was cool.

This was my favorite TV series from the fifties. Fortunately it was not aired before 1967 on German TV when I was old enough to watch it.
Guest stars like Claude Akins, Julie Adams and Charles Bronson were in some episodes, even Tuesday Weld playing an orphan.
I'm waiting for a DVD release for more than 10 years now.
It's about time that this will be released on a complete DVD box! It's only 34 episodes, but they are absolutely gorgeous!!!
For me this belongs to the very best classic TV series like "Bonanza", "The Fugitive", "Peyton Place", "A Man called Shenandoah", "Bronco" and "Adventures of the Seaspray".

Great show. My brothers and I liked it better than some the other westerns. Mahoney was a stunt man, and this was his vehicle. Could have made him a major star if CBS hadn't screwed him.
We kids waited for that Indian to blast some bad guy. What a really cool factotum.

Pahoo was the whole show. Every week he’d come bursting in and save Yancy’s ass with world’s biggest, loudest sawed-off shotgun !
