A mistake in the Credits to "The Kids"?
I suspect there might possibly be an error in the credits for the Lawman episode "The Kids".
"The Kids" first aired on 21 February 1960.
The IMDB page for the episode gives the credits:
Lou Evans, the uncle of "The Kids", was portrayed by Tom Drake whose page says he was born August 5, 1918, and so was aged 40 years, 6 months, and 3 days when "The Kids" was first shown, and younger when it was filmed.
The outlaw George Deaver was portrayed by Ric Roman whose page says he was born 29 September 1916 and so aged 42 years, 3 months & 23 days when "The Kids" was first shown, and younger when it was filmed.
The child Dodie Deaver was portrayed by Evelyn Rudie whose page says she was born 28 March 1949 and so aged 10 years, 11 months & 24 days when "The Kids" was first shown, and younger when it was filmed.
The child Dennis Deaver was portrayed by Bart Braverman whose page says he was born 1 February 1946 and so aged 14 years & 20 days when "The Kids" was first shown, and younger when it was filmed.
So far the actors seem to be about the right ages for the characters they portray. But:
The child Chuck Deaver was portrayed by Ron Anton whose page says he was May 25 1929 and so aged 30 years, 8 months, & 27 days when "The Kids" was first shown, and younger when it was filmed.
What! Was Ron Anton 30 years old when he portrayed a boy who didn't look older or bigger than Dennis Deaver, whose actor was probably thirteen when their scenes were filmed?
So maybe Ron Anton looked very small and young for his actually adult age.
Or maybe his birthdate in IMDB is a misprint and Ron Anton was actually born May 25 1949 and was actually aged 10 years, 8 months, & 27 days when "The Kids" was first shown, and younger when it was filmed.
Or maybe actor Ron Anton was actually born May 25 1929 and some other and much younger actor actually portrayed Chuck Deaver in "The Kids" and it is an error to list Chuck Deaver as one of Ron Anton's credits.

edit 06-19-19. I saw "the Kids" again on 06-18-19 and tried to copy the credits of the cactors in the end credits. However, I only managed to copy that Dennis's actor was Bart Bradley. And iMDB says that Bart Braverman was credited as Bart Bradley in "The Kids'". But I didn't have time to note the name of the actor of Chuck Deaver. Better luck next time. share
